    How can I set up my contribution account?

    To set up you contribution account, you will provide your BVN during registration for PeerFunding to create an active bank account for you. You can use the Pay-In or Pay-Out buttons on the account to transfer funds into and out of your account.

    How can I browse contributions from other users?

    You can explore contributions from other users by browsing through the platform's content sections or using search filters to find specific topics or projects.

    How do I track my contributions?

    You can track your contributions through the contribution page, which will show your activity and progress of the active contribution

    Can the contribution be suspended?

    Yes, If PeerFunding is unable to debit the account of any participant, the contribution will be suspended for the organizer to resolve the issue and request for reactivation and the participant is informed for the violation of PeerFunding Contribution Policy.

    Can I organize a contribution?

    Yes, once you set up an organization and subscribe to the organization subscription plan, you can manage contributions for a group of participants while ensuring accountability and timely..

    What happens if an issue arises in the contribution?

    PeerFunding has includes an Insurance Protection Mechanism. If a contribution completes successfully, the insurance fee is refunded. However, if there is an unresolved issue within 72 hours, the fee is non-refundable.

    Is my money safe on PeerFunding?

    Yes, PeerFunding maintains an active bank account with a partner bank for each participant funds. Again, PeerFunding also encourages funding your account a day or 2 before the contribution payment due date.

    How can I pay for my active contribution on PeerFunding?

    To pay for active contribution, just fund your account. PeerFunding will deducted the contribution amount from your account on the contribution due day (payment date).

    Can I change my subscription plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time based on your needs and level of participation.

    When do I need to fund my account?

    Ensure you account is funded on or before the contribution payment due date across all your active contributions.
