      Welcome to PeerFunding. Throughout this document, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to PeerFunding. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the PeerFunding platform, including all services, features, and content. Whether you are an individual participant or an organization, these Terms apply to you. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

      Any modifications will take effect seven (7) days after notice is provided, either through posting updates on the platform or via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

      PeerFunding reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. You acknowledge that your content (excluding financial information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. However, financial data and payment details are always encrypted for security purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or access to the platform without express written permission from PeerFunding. .

    • Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

      We strive to ensure that all information provided on the platform is accurate and up to date. However, PeerFunding does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Any reliance on such material is at your own risk.

    • Subscription Plans and Access Fees

      Organizations using PeerFunding can subscribe to various plans, including Pay-Per-Use, Standard, and Premium. A Free Subscription is available for newly created organizations to allow them to organize at least one contribution before subscribing.

        • • Organizations on a Free Subscription must pay an Access Fee before starting a contribution.
        • • PeerFunding charges a platform fee on withdrawals by contributors as a service charge.
        • • Reactivation fees apply if a contribution is temporarily suspended due to disputes.

    • Contribution Process and Responsibilities

      Organizations and participants must adhere to the structured contribution process: subscribing.

        • • Contribution Organization: Organizations may organize contributions based on participant requests.
        • • Contribution Completion: Organizers are expected to manage the contribution process to ensure completion.
        • • Participant Swapping: The platform allows participant position swapping for inclusivity.
        • • Trusted Participants: Organizers must prioritize trusted participants when forming contribution groups.

    • Insurance and Security Measures

      To protect contributions, the following insurance fees apply:

        • • Organizations must deposit 30% of the total contribution amount as an insurance fee or security measure, which is refundable upon successful completion but non-refundable in the case of disruption
        • • Participants must pay a 20% of the total contribution amount as an insurance fee or security measure, which is refundable upon successful completion but non-refundable in the case of disruption.
        • • In case of a dispute and the contribution is suspended for up to 72 hours, the Insurance Fee may be claimed if unresolved.

    • Dispute Resolution and Platform Liability

        • • PeerFunding does not mediate disputes related to late payments, abscondment, or contribution disruptions.
        • • In the event of a dispute, a contribution may be suspended until it is resolved.
        • • Organizations with suspended contributions cannot initiate new ones until outstanding disputes are resolved.

    • Account Management and User Responsibilities

        • • Users agree to pay applicable platform fees and charges as stated within the PeerFunding platform.
        • • Misrepresentation, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
        • • Failure to fund contributions on time results in penalties and possible exclusion from future contributions.

        • • PeerFunding uses secure third-party payment processors for financial transactions.

    • Intellectual Property Rights

      All content, logos, and platform features are the property of PeerFunding and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited

    • Limitation of Liability

      PeerFunding is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions in contribution cycles. In no case shall PeerFunding be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

        • • With Legal Authorities: If required by law, we may disclose user information.

    • Data Security and Retention

        • • PeerFunding employs encryption and security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
        • • Data is retained for as long as users maintain an active account.
